Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA (Domestic Shipping)

What about free shipping?  -  We offer free shipping for orders above RM250 to any part of Malaysia via Pos Malaysia. We will ship air mail to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan, and surface mail to any destination within Peninsula Malaysia.

What if my order is below RM250?  -  If your order is below RM250 we charge a flat shipping fee of just RM9.90.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  -  We ship out your order the same if payment is made before 5pm, otherwise the next business day. It is out of our control how long Pos Malaysia needs to send the parcel to you. From past experience it takes about 3-5 days within West Malaysia, and about a week to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan.

Can I track the progress of my shipment?  -  Yes! Once your order has been shipped we will email you a Pos Malaysia eParcel tracking number. You can also track the progress of your order online via the Pos Malaysia Website.



SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE

How much is shipping to Singapore?  -  We charge only a low flat rate of RM40 (about S$16) per shipment irregardless of how many clubs you order.

What carrier to you use for shipping to Singapore?  -  We use the air parcel service from Pos Malaysia for all items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  -  Your shipment usually takes about 7 days to reach you in Singapore.

How about taxes and import duties in Singapore?  -  The Singapore customs department may, at their own discretion, charge you import duty (10% declared value) and/or GST. These fees are not included in the purchase price, you will need to pay those - if needed - directly to the delivery person.

RETURNS

My golf club arrived broken, what should I do?  -  Do not accept the delivery and ask the postman to send it back (we pay for it). If you have already signed for it please take a couple of pictures of the damaged package and the club and email them, together with your order number, to support @ golfbargainshop.com. We will get back to you within one business day with instructions.
